Site visit on the VABA apartment building

2021.11.11.

The finishing touches have been put to our Vahot utca apartment building project, where the final construction works are underway. During our visit, we could see the roof terraces of the second-floor apartments and the balconies of the residential towers in their finished state for the first time. Although artificial grass had to be chosen as the covering of the terraces instead of natural grass, mainly for maintenance reasons, it can still break the monotony of the building and provide a more pleasant view for the future occupants, even if it contrasts slightly with the slowly emerging autumn colours of Bikás Park in the background.

The VABA residential complex is a unique solution from an investor’s perspective, as each apartment is handed over fully furnished in a very individual way. The use of interior materials, furniture and accessories are all in harmony with each other and follow today’s trends. Although the interior design was not carried out in our office, we were responsible for its integration into the building.
