New collaboration between STUDIO IN-EX and LENOVO
A glimpse into the daily life of our office: Studio In-Ex, which started as a family business, has grown over the past 20 years to nearly 150 employees and now offers a full range of services, bringing together architects, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers. The use of a fully 3D-coordinated model has many advantages: costly additional work and delays during construction can be avoided, and important decisions that affect the running costs of the building can be considered at the design stage. The architectural and engineering projects can be implemented more accurately and efficiently.
To use the BIM technology on a daily basis, we need the best hardware and software available on the market, so our first step was to purchase workstations that would be financially affordable as well as fast and long-lasting. After a thorough study of the IT market and a global assessment of PC capacity, we saw that Lenovo met all our needs, and with domestically assembled assets, they were able to deliver quality and quantity on short notice. BIM design is cutting-edge technology, and our current LENOVO equipment gives us everything we need to work efficiently and quickly.

Hydro Extrusion’s solutions: heat dissipation
By Hydro's aluminium foundry project presented us with an unusual design challenge. We have strong acoustic requirements to protect the neighbourhood, and that the furnaces generate a lot of heat, which we had to dissipate while minimising noise.
