This is how we work! – An Introduction to the office of Studio IN-EX

2022.10.07.

We are constantly and flexibly adapting to market changes and have integrated parts of the Western corporate culture into IN-EX’s values and daily life, while successfully maintaining our family-like atmosphere.

In the first decade of the 2000s, large multinational companies were already present in large numbers in Hungary. Many were attracted by their Western corporate culture, their modern office environment and the many optional fringe benefits and services. But they had one big disadvantage compared to small and middle-sized enterprises: they were lacking the family-like environment at the workplace.

When our company was founded in 1997, we were just a handful of engineers who believed in continuous improvement and innovative, future-oriented technology. This is the approach that has led us to use state-of-the-art closed-BIM technology in one of Budapest’s first-class office buildings. We are constantly and flexibly adapting to market changes and have integrated parts of the Western corporate culture into IN-EX’s values and daily life, while successfully maintaining our family-like atmosphere. By introducing weekly health promotion services in the office, such as massages and back exercise, we have made many of our colleagues’ weekdays more comfortable by successfully relieving or preventing back and neck pain from sitting at our desks in the office.

We have also created a large community space and a games room so that we can organise community-building activities or just relax together. It is of paramount importance to us that all members of our team spend their working days in a comfortable and ergonomic office environment. It is our experience that they are more motivated and energetic, so we can work together more smoothly.

We believe that today’s forward-thinking design firms need not only to be at the forefront of innovative technologies, but they also need to create an ergonomic working environment and to ensure that colleagues feel physically and mentally recharged. Do you agree? If so, join us and let us design the buildings of the future together!
