The VABA is a multifunctional (office and residential) building in Vahot Street, District XI, in the immediate vicinity of the Bikás Park. Our primary task was to prepare the execution design of the building. During the design process, the client changed his mind and initiated a redesign of the building, which he entrusted directly to STUDIO IN-EX. The aim was to create a high quality office and residential building, which would give the impression of a sophisticated and well thought-out building in both appearance and use.
