We strive for openness in the way we communicate within our organisation, and this was one of the primary considerations when designing the interior of our own office. This is also supported by the open office arrangement, where the CEO, the members of the management, finance and HR staff are here all day, along with the designers. So, everyone can feel like part of a big team, even when working independently. Separate meeting rooms equipped with modern technology are available for group meetings, and there are also several mini-meeting rooms, where a few people are able to work together – within the communal area but separated by screens. For private phone calls, we have set up small phone booths in the open office space. To strengthen teamwork, we have also created a dedicated project space where all the colleagues working on a joint project can work in the same space, thereby speeding up communication and increasing efficiency. When designing the working space, we also take into account the individual needs of our employees. On request, we can offer desks with electrically adjustable height, monitor lift stands and a choice of office chairs to suit our staff. In response to feedback from our staff, we have separated the communal areas and the working space with a noise barrier, providing a quieter environment for more intensive work. To help our staff evolve in and keep up to date with their profession through both in-house and external training, we have set up a well-equipped classroom for internal trainings. We have also taken ergonomic considerations into account when designing our office, and we have also strived to create a healthy working environment that promotes efficient work. To improve wellbeing and air quality, we have large green walls in several areas and a team of gardeners to look after our many live plants. We provide beanbags and rest areas to help our staff recharge. We believe that a good atmosphere and a cohesive community are essential for effective work. Creative work is clearly positively influenced by a little exercise and relaxation, and playing sports and games together is a great way to build a community. To meet the needs of our colleagues, we have also created spaces for playing console games and board games. Our environment is designed to provide a place to relax while you work, with ping pong, pool, and foosball tables. The canteen, which can accommodate up to 150 employees, is not only a good place for everyday lunches, but can also be used for team-building programmes or professional presentations.
