Skanska is developing an office complex consisting of three units in the 13th district, at the corner of Váci road and Dózsa György road, in an area of the city with outstanding architectural design.

The key goal of the buildings and their environment is to create long-term value for future users, thus creating a more liveable, lovable urban space in the downtown area. The main components of the office complex are: natural-looking green spaces, large open garden with water feature, rooftop running track in first building, three bright, elegant office buildings. The concept plan of the Danish architect office Arrow Architects has been selected via invitational design contest. The developer commissioned Studio IN-EX with general designer duties. Currently, of the three buildings, the one located on Váci Road has been completed; construction of Building “A” is in progress, while the third building is in the detailed design phase.
