The Issuer intends to increase kindergarten capacity in the district by building a new kindergarten suitable for 4 groups on a property in Óbester utca in Budapest’s 9th district.

When designing the layout, our aim was to create the largest possible playground, which is directly connected to the group rooms. During the summer, we will plant leafy vegetation to provide shade for the playground, the courtyard and the southern and south-western façades of the building, protecting them from excessive sunlight.

When choosing colours, we opted for light shades, using darker tones only on smaller surfaces. This created a harmonious appearance and ensured the building’s thermal stability, preventing it from becoming overheated or too cool.

Our main guiding principle when designing the interior spaces of the building was to create a friendly and welcoming environment for the children. While the exterior is clean and simple, the interior features colours and playful shapes. This creates a cheerful and stimulating environment that has a calming effect, providing children with a sense of security during the difficult and stressful settling-in period. The varied colours and shapes also develop visual perception and strengthen observation skills, as well as promoting interaction between the children.
