We are all very casual in the office, the co-workers are helpful, there is a huge professional knowledge base, we work with modern technology, and there is constant progress. I like the fact that our office is not a classic workplace, but a modern working environment. Sometimes it's nice to get away from work during the day and to relax a bit, and the community spaces are a great way to do that. We have a really active community life, there are always programmes being organised, so it's easy to find common ground.

Even though I've been working here for a long time, I never got bored, because, on the one hand, IN-EX is always changing, and on the other hand, if I felt the work was monotonous, I could get a more exciting task in the next project. But perhaps even more importantly for young girls, IN-EX doesn't leave me alone as a mum, I can work remotely with my babies in a schedule that suits me and the tasks are adapted to my current workload.
