You want to increase power in your datacentre, change cooling techniques or would like to have a fast due diligence on a new acquisition for instance. It all starts with a scan of the existing infrastructure – what is exactly have installed, what is the technical life expectancy of the hardware and what is the status of the building structure.

Quickscan and Due Diligence

Our Quickscan and Due Diligence services are designed to evaluate the feasibility, condition, and optimization potential of data centres. The assessment covers:

Possible data hall layouts and supporting technical rooms
Lifecycle status of critical infrastructure equipment
Structural considerations related to IT technology
General condition of the building and its surroundings

Our Approach

Our CSA and MEP engineers visit the site for a detailed visual assessment of the building and surrounding area.
We engage with operational and maintenance personnel to capture practical insights.
High-level 3D scans and comprehensive photo documentation are created to support our design team.

STUDIO IN-EX can make a design for you (RIBA stages 1 to 4) to optimize the datacenter based on your requirements and budget. We have been working on smaller brownfields sites and huge greenfield developments.

Lagos Data Centre

The general design work for a 10,000 square meter Data Center located in Lagos. With a capacity to accommodate nearly 1000 racks, it will be one of the largest, carrier-neutral, purpose-built data centers in the region.

Frankfurt Data Centre

The Frankfurt data centre covers 7 acres (3 hectares). Once fully deployed, the 45,000 square metre data centre campus will provide 56MW of critical IT. The data center campus will provide N+1 redundancy across all systems.

The Switzerland data center campus will sit on more than seven acres, one of the largest plots of available data center land in the Canton of Zurich Once fully developed, the 366,000 square foot campus will be comprised of four state-of-the-art data centers offering a combined 40MW of critical IT load.
